To process your claim effectively, we require the following information:

  • Photographs of the product showing the issue, including:

  • Batch number and expiration date, clearly visible on the packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation.

Once we validate the claim, we offer the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the defective product.
  • Full refund to the original payment method.

4. Exclusions

We cannot process claims in the following cases:
